FEATURES OF FORMATION OF FUTURE OFFICERS OF PERSONNEL AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Abstract
The article examines the problem of the lack of specially trained personnel management specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. To solve this problem, the Military Academy (Odessa) has created a specialty "Personnel (administrative), mobilization and organizational-staff work in a military unit".
An analysis of the personnel policy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine revealed a number of systemic problems: insufficient qualifications of officers in the field of personnel management, inconsistency of the professional training system with the requirements of the modern military environment, and low competitiveness of the military sphere in the labour market.
The purpose of the research is to develop effective approaches to training future personnel officers through the integration of modern methods of military education and the principles of personnel management.
The educational program provides comprehensive training in the formation of competencies in the field of personnel and organizational management, including skills in effective personnel management, planning and staffing, and the use of information technologies.
The use of interactive teaching methods (role-playing games, situation modeling, and practical cases), the formation of psychological readiness of cadets, training on real examples, an individual approach, and regular feedback are proposed.
When training future personnel management officers for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account the need to combine high-quality military education with effective personnel management, the formation of specialists should take place according to a unified system. If we integrate modern approaches to cadet training and personnel management methods, we can achieve the training of professionally competent personnel management officers who not only have a high level of knowledge and skills but are also able to effectively manage military units, ensuring the development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The main problems of the educational process were identified: insufficient motivation of cadets, psychological stress, lack of practical training, limited access to modern technologies, insufficient level of training of applicants, insufficient qualification of lecturers.
A comprehensive approach to forming the readiness of cadets will ensure a high level of management activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and effective performance of duties in the new specialty.
