PREPARATION OF FUTURE EDUCATORS TO FORMATION OF SOFT SKILLS IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN BY MEANS OF ARTISTIC AND CONSTRUCTIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article analyses the directions of improving the professional training of education applicants (future educators of preschool education institutions) for the formation of soft skills in preschool children by means of artistic and constructive activity. It is clarified that scientists include: communicative, which help to establish interaction with others; developed critical thinking; quality of the leader; positive thinking; emotional intelligence; self-organization; ability to coordinate team interaction.
It is clarified that the teacher of the pre-school education institution is a model for imitation, a facilitator who organizes the educational process, so considerable attention should be paid to the formation of soft skills in education applicants in the process of professional pedagogical training. It is emphasized that during artistic work in children, artistic and constructive skills are formed, personality qualities (empathy, emotional sensitivity), creativity, emotional intelligence, independence, discipline are developed, critical thinking is formed, which is basic for the development of "soft skills" in preschoolers.
The peculiarities of the use of interactive methods of work in the process of vocational training were analyzed: the development of mnemonic cards, multimedia didactic games. Significant attention is focused on the need to take into account in the professional training of future educators that the artistic and constructive activity of preschoolers is an activity that primarily realises the personal need for self-expression by performing certain actions through manipulation of appropriate devices and materials, gaining experience in the creative transformation of the surrounding reality, which creates the conditions for the formation of soft skills in preschool children. The qualities of personality, which are formed in the process of artistic and constructive activity, are characterized.
