External and internal motivational factors are identified and substantiated depending on the nature of the influence. The first group includes the factors that determine the conditions, goals and content of the activities carried out in this area, which objectively influence the emergence of relevant motives. The second group is represented by internal motivational factors that directly affect the balance between the employee’s actions and the reasons that cause and explain them, ultimately leading to the individual’s activity to meet the need for professional development. The author refers to the objective factors as productive, incentives and motivations.
