REGULATORY AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE PRESCHOOL TEACHER PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
Abstract
The professional activity of a preschool teacher is multifaceted. Modern educators must develop their professional activity with the knowledge of the regulatory framework of domestic preschool education system, on the basis of well-formed skills in organizational management. The article presents new approaches to solving the problem of professional training of future teachers for the implementation of regulatory and organizational management in their professional activity. Within the stated issues, the authors offer a system of future preschool teachers training, which includes theoretical material and practical cases. The theoretical basis includes the familiarization of future teachers with the regulatory framework, the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in modern conditions, peculiarities of managerial activities (planning and organizing the work of the institution; motivating pedagogical workers; carrying out various types of control, monitoring the quality of educational activities of the institution; developing a system of internal quality assurance in education; developing and implementation of educational projects; implementation of pedagogical innovations within the framework of the institutional management structure; using informational and digital technologies to increase the efficiency of the institutional management in general and the educational process in particular; developing a program of complex solutions for improving the marketing system of educational services in the institution; peculiarities of digital marketing; forming the image of the educational institution). The practical component in the training of future teachers includes implementation of practical cases (real situations) by students, participation in teamwork to create a specific project using elements of gamestorming, essay writing, etc.
