CURRENT STATUS AND FEATURES OF THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD IN THE CONDITIONS OF MIXED EDUCATION

Abstract

The article analyses the current state and features of professional training of medical specialists in conditions of mixed form of education. The author defines the concepts of “mixed” and “distance” education, outlines the current conditions that require such an organization of the educational process, emphasizes the need to master modern information technologies that help organize and ensure a high-quality educational process of training medical students.
Based on the analysis of scientific research, the advantages of mixed form of education, in particular the formation of an individual educational trajectory, its significance for the practical activities of the future medical specialist, including the formation of digital literacy, which today has one of the key places in the process of professional training of medical students, have been clarified. The article elaborates the advantages of mixed form of education for students, as well as its disadvantages, in particular, the negative impact on health (eye strain, load on the musculoskeletal system).
The author characterizes various models of mixed form of education and determined the most effective one for training of medical students, its importance in the formation of professional competences, in particular for mastering the methods of preclinical diagnostics, palpation and percussion. The article describes innovative technologies that are used during the distance educational process; their role in the organization of mixed form of education is defined. The author emphasizes the formation of mutual respect and trust between all participants in the educational process, the need to observe the principles of academic integrity.
Based on scientific and literary sources, innovative approaches are described that help to adapt medical education to current realities. The formation of "hard" and "soft" skills during the implementation of the mixed form of education is also emphasized.
