Attention is drawn to the fact that last year the Ministry of Digital Affairs, together with the Ministry of Education and Science as well as the industry, developed a plan for IT education reform, the purpose of which is to close the market’s need for qualitative specialists and help Ukrainians master a new profession. Projects for free training of Ukrainians in IT specialties are very relevant today, because the complex realities of the war have reduced the financial capabilities of Ukrainians to pay for education and have prioritized the needs of livelihood.
It is noted that regional activities in the field of IT projects are actively conducted at the same level as the nationwide work is organised. This applies, in particular, to the Lviv IT Cluster. In accordance with the needs of the IT industry, the number of graduates of technical specialties in Lviv is increasing.

Its projects are related to the international educational-scientific mobility of teachers and students. Projects have also been created for schoolchildren who want to learn more about the IT field and gain basic knowledge and skills in software development.
Attention is focused on the fact that international experts, analyzing team projects of information technologies in higher education on the basis of practical experience, note that often students of bachelor's degree last courses in information technologies are engaged in project activities and are involved in the analysis, design and development of information technology services or products, and this contributes to the acquisition of experience for future implementation in the profession.
