LEARNING FOR SUCCESS AS AN OPTIMIZATION RESOURCE TRAINING OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS TO PREVENTIVE ACTIVITIES WITH PUPILS
Abstract
The article examines a problem whose relevance is determined by its importance for the entire educational system, namely: the implementation in the New Ukrainian School of the philosophy of learning by success as an important resource for increasing the productivity of training future novice teachers for preventive activities with younger schoolchildren. Detailed attention is paid to the interpretation of the essence of the concepts "successful learning" and "preventive activity". For this, an analytical appeal is made to the views and concepts of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, among whom stand out I. Beh, N. Bibik, L. Kondrashova, V. Orzhekhovska, V. Sukhomlynskyi, and others. It is noted that the philosophy and practice of successful education is based on the works of Ya. Komenskyi, A. Disterweg, A. Makarenko, and V. Sukhomlynskyi, who treated their students as equal co-participants in educational activities. It is emphasized that the philosophy of successful education received both a general theoretical and methodological justification, as well as a purely methodical development and constitutes a socially significant capital. It is emphasized that learning by success is an important resource for ensuring the productivity of training future novice teachers for preventive activities with younger schoolchildren. It is emphasized that learning by success is an active cognitive activity based on the principles of prevention, during which students, under the guidance of a teacher, master the basics of preventive pedagogy and the experience of preventive activities, which ensures their success in the educational process, and in the future also in professional work with younger schoolchildren.
The article substantiates the principles of successful learning, singles out the functions of a modern novice teacher in the context of the requirements of the "New Ukrainian School" concept (to organize and form a mini-environment that aims to activate and stimulate the cognitive needs and requests of children; to ensure the development of the student’s personality with the acquisition of direct personal life experience; will promote and support the formation of the student’s personality as an independent and self-sufficient participant in the educational process); the project of professional development of students based on the assimilation of new information, non-standard forms and methods of work, which stimulate the future primary school teacher to find the necessary resources (intellectual, informational, technological, methodical, image) to ensure the productivity of preparation for preventive activities with younger schoolchildren.
