Abstract

According to many modern scientists and pedagogues, person-oriented education is a means of transition from the paradigm of knowledge accumulation to a humanistic one aimed at children’s effective socialization, their independent choice of priorities and the formation of personal life experience in the conditions of the socio-cultural environment. In this context, it is appropriate to mention the emergence of new educational paradigms, among which the synergistic approach with its integration of theoretical foundations and practical results deserves special attention. The article updates the conceptual apparatus used to describe the synergistic approach, particularly in the educational field, which requires clarification and specification of concepts, terms, and categories of the phenomenon under investigation. Attention is focused on such concepts, terms and categories as synergy, synergistic approach, literature and literary education. It is determined that in domestic and foreign science, the concept of synergistic approach is not sufficiently developed and established, it needs to be specified and detailed, taking into account the field of use and the investigated phenomenon using the specified method. The relevance of the implementation of the provisions of the synergistic approach in the study of literary education has been substantiated. An attempt has been made to build synergistic models of literary education and its development. It has been found that synergetics is widely used by many exact and humanitarian scientific disciplines; is a science that studies dynamic systems as integrative, open and distributive entities; and the synergistic approach in education is an algorithm for overcoming difficulties in the pedagogical and methodical aspects of the educational process, namely: methods of structuring the educational process, collective educational activities, the introduction of modern methods, tools and techniques of learning, the construction of educational models, etc. The prospects for the development of a synergistic approach in the study of educational systems, in particular literary education, with the use of synergistic methods and techniques have been outlined.
