CONTENT-ORIENTED VECTOR APPROACH OF MONOTECHNOLOGY FOR EDUCATORS’ SUSTAINING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
This research addresses the issue of educators’ professional development through the means of informal education. The article analyzes the essence, characteristics, role, and content direction of the developed and tested Monotechnology for sustainable support of educators’ professional development for the Centres of Professional Development of Educators, within the coordinates of implementing the most crucial professional needs and designing their individual trajectories of professional development. The content, activity-based, and reflective components of the proposed technology are identified and characterized, the implementation of which will contribute to the establishment of a flexible, mobile, and proactive system of scientific-methodological support for educators’ professional development. The implementation of the monotechnology of sustainable support for educators’ professional development will cater to modern educators’ needs, becoming an educational platform for fostering their personal and professionally significant qualities.
The main point is that the monotechnology of sustainable support for educators’ professional development facilitates the realization of crucial tasks for the development of designing a teacher’s professional trajectory.
The proposed monotechnology promotes their professional growth and directly influences their direction, motives, ability to learn continuously, and capacity for constant creative exploration. This technology fully satisfies the needs of contemporary educators and motivates them towards a conscious process of continuous professional development, regardless of age, opportunities, category, or time, providing opportunities for gaining new experience through satisfying personal needs in participatory learning. Monotechnology of sustainable support for educators’ professional development is an effective tool for managing their professional development.
