ACMEOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE EDUCATION MANAGERS

Abstract

The article analyzes the reflection of the problem of professional training of future education managers on the basis of acmeology in scientific works. The understanding of acmeology as a branch of scientific knowledge and a complex of scientific disciplines, the object of study of which is a person in the dynamics of self-actualization of his/her creative potential, self-development, self-improvement, self-determination in various life spheres, is presented. The interpretation of the category of "acme" as the highest level of self-development for each person is clarified. It is emphasized that the implementation of professional training of future education managers on an acmeological basis in modern conditions solves the fundamental problem of personal and professional success and the quality of education in general.
The essence of the future education manager’s acmeological competence is defined as an integrated ability to build their own self-development with constant complication of tasks and an increase in the level of achievement for learning, self-development and self-improvement throughout life, achieving personal and professional acme. The structure of the acmeological competence of a future education manager is substantiated: acmeological knowledge; acmeological skills; acmeological qualities of a personality. The most characteristic types of acmeological competence for the formation of a future specialist are highlighted: special; social; personal and individual.
An understanding of the acmeological foundations of professional training of future education managers as the main ideas of pedagogical acmeology, which affect the purpose, tasks, methods and forms of its implementation, is presented.
It has been established that the professional training of education managers from the standpoint of the acmeological approach is considered as a consistent process of professional formation and development of a specialist capable of learning, self-development and self-improvement throughout life in order to maximize personal and professional self-realization and competitiveness in the domestic and world labour market.
