TECHNOLOGICAL RESOURCE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN UNIVERSITY CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article examines the possibilities of technological learning resource in improving the quality of professional training of future teachers. The use of technological means in education is considered as an important resource for the optimization of the didactic system, which conditions the harmonization of mental abilities and emotions with the city of education, reliance on students’ subjective experience, their inclusion in active cognitive activities using various technologies, as a necessary tool for improving the quality of higher education.
Attention is focused on technologisation as an educational paradigm that combines different types of learning, which allows rational use of their technological resource in pedagogical practice to ensure the productivity of future teachers’ professional training in the conditions of university education. Specified possibilities of various educational technologies (informational, dialogic, informational-communicative, algorithmic, full assimilation of knowledge of integral learning, informational-cognitive, computer, etc.) that have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the educational process; they are a stimulus for personal meanings and needs, development of creative potential; implementation of the transformation of educational information into practical actions of future teachers, activation of the acquisition of pedagogical experience, processes of understanding and their reflective position.
To reveal the resource possibilities of educational technologies in the formation of skills necessary for the performance of such professional functions as forecasting, planning, organizational, executive, control and evaluation; identified pedagogical conditions that positively affect the rational use of technological learning resources in ensuring the quality of future teachers’ professional training in the languages of university education.
