FORMATION OF HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS OF SENIOR PRESCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN AS A BASIS OF MORAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The article describes the peculiarities of the formation of humane relations of senior preschool-age children in the family and PEI as a basis for moral education.
Attention is focused on analyzing the categorical apparatus of research: the concepts of "humanity" and "humane relations". It is generalized that humanity is the pinnacle of morality because in its love for all living things is combined with mercy, selfless help to people, honesty, kindness, peace, diligence, care for people, respect for his/her rights to self-determination and freedom, personal needs and creation of the comfortable conditions for staying in an educational institution and on the way to success.
Analysis of psychological and pedagogical research has showed that senior preschool-age is the most favorable for the education of humane relations, because at this age, on the one hand, a sufficient level of consciousness to perceive the humane aspect of human relationships is achieved and, on the other hand, the necessary development of feelings child, emotional attitude to others is received.
It is found that the ways of forming humane relationships of senior preschool-age children are:
- motivational sphere of personality, which ensures the stability of his/her social orientation, moral confidence in behavior and actions;
- communication of an adult with children (moral and ethical conversations), in the process of which a concept of the world around them is formed in children, of social moral requirements, as well as a certain attitude to facts, phenomena, and moral norms, understanding the beautiful and unworthy in actions and behaviour, that is, humane feelings develop and moral and ethical assessments are formed;
- play as a specific activity of a child with broad educational functions (educational, developmental, modelling, organizing, informative, formative, corrective and stimulating) and as an essential means of its spiritual development.
It is concluded that the basis for the formation of humane relations of senior preschool children is the synthesis of moral knowledge, needs, motives and humane qualities, such as kindness (Cordiality), sensitivity, caring, mercy and compassion.
