TECHNOLOGY OF TUTOR ACCOMPANYING PRESCHOOL CHILDREN
Abstract
The article substantiates the specifics of tutoring as a technology focused on providing conditions for the detection, construction and implementation of individual trajectory of development of preschool children. Scientific research on the research problem was carried out with the awareness of the need to modernize preschool education, because effective means of such work cannot be found as long as the educator works only in the traditional educational paradigm of "mediator", which provides transmission from adults to children.
The author made assumptions about the use of a more productive approach, namely tutoring, in which the educator acts as a "trustee" of the preschool child and through tutoring provides the formation of subjectivity, responsibility for the implementation of the plan.
Tutor support in preschool education acts as a technology focused on providing conditions for identifying, implementing and understanding individual cognitive interests, building an individual trajectory of preschool child development which outlines the following guidelines for tutor activities: encouraging preschoolers to use the acquired knowledge and skills; the ability to try to find a solution and correct errors, recognizing their value; establishing a situation of communication and contact with the child; reliance on the choice of the preschooler; presence of communication and positive attitude of participants of joint activity to each other; focus on the openness of the educational and cognitive space of the child, the possibility of its change, completion, restructuring (reduction or increase).
In general, tutoring technology provides individualization and development of children's cognitive interests, the formation of new ways and forms of organizing cognitive activity. Despite the presence of explicit or more hidden structural relationships, technology as a whole is a set of consistent ways of doing business, providing implementation and activity approach.
