ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL BASIS OF SAFETY AND HYGIENE OF VOICE OF TEACHERS OF MUSICAL DISCIPLINES
Abstract
The article substantiates the organizational and pedagogical system of protection and hygiene of the voice of teachers of music disciplines in the process of vocal and pedagogical activities, substantiates health and organizational, vocal and pedagogical and ergonomic and organizational influences, defines stages, principles and methods of system implementation, develops a set of sanogenic measures. The state of professional health of teachers of music disciplines was studied, which revealed a high level of morbidity of vocal organs in comparison with specialists of vocal, vocal and non-vocal specialties. The structure of diseases of teachers of music disciplines was clarified. It was found that teachers of music disciplines are significantly dominated by acute forms of laryngeal diseases (laryngitis, aphonia, dystonia) and complications of the functional characteristics of voice production in comparison with specialists in other professions. The system of protection and hygiene of teachers of music disciplines has been developed, which contains health-organizational, ergonomic-organizational and activity-organizational components, the interaction of which is realized according to basic principles (systemicity, concentricity; integrativity, prevention, individualization; activity, motivation, vocal formation). sound-image, the unity of artistic and vocal-technical development, culture of conformity, value construction of the repertoire) and appropriate means and methods. Isolated components, the effectiveness of selected forms and techniques provide the formation of hygienic, vocal-articulatory and psychological-pedagogical skills of music teachers. The protection and hygiene of the voice of music teachers is achieved by purposeful consistent implementation of a system of special psychological and pedagogical, sanogenic, ergonomic and vocal-technical actions and activities.
