ESTABLISHMENT OF LEARNING ENVIRONMENT UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF DUAL EDUCATION SYSTEM FOR FUTURE TECHNOLOGY TEACHERS
Abstract
The article presents the content and practice of establishment of learning environment under the conditions where training of future technology teachers is carried out according to the dual education system at the institution of general secondary education. The ways, which confirm the effectiveness and generality of the dual education system in the vocational training of technology teachers, have been found in scientific sources and Western European educational practice.
It is emphasized that the generally recognized problem of modern higher technological education in Ukraine is the gap between the theory that future labor education and technology teachers get in the educational institution, and practical skills that are expected of them in the institution of general secondary education. In some countries of the European Union this problem is solved successfully by the learning process which is based on a dual education system, that combines both theoretical and practical training of students directly in the future workplace.
It is noted that over the years of its existence high viability and reliability of the dual education system is explained by the fact that it fully meets the interests of all its participants: education seekers, educational institutions and the state.
The paper reports, that the components of the dual education system are: full-fledged organization of professional training of future technology teachers; combination of theoretical knowledge with practical skills in actual conditions of pedagogical activity of labor training and technology teacher; partnership with pedagogical staff and individual teachers of the general secondary education institution and teachers of higher education institution; all the education workers can design, form and improve learning environment for bachelors and masters within the framework of Education and Science Centers, using the algorithm described in the article.
