Abstract

The pedagogical culture of the future officer of the ground forces is defined as a complex integrative socio-psychological education, characterized by a certain degree of mastery of military-pedagogical theory and practice, experience of education and training of the military. Teachers used methods based on active interpersonal interaction of participants in the educational process. The case method is widely used.
To motivate and involve future officers in the case development process, important advantages of using the case method are noted, which has advantages over traditional training, to motivate future officers of the ground forces to create a set of their own cases with a clearly defined goal of solving current problems. During the discussion, the cadets identified the main characteristics that testify to the motivation and focus of future officers on the formation of pedagogical culture. The principles of the case method are taken into account.
Important aspects for the development of the case are directing the cadets to take into account the relevance of the presented problem, the correspondence of the content and topic of classes in the humanitarian discipline, the timeliness of solving the tasks. It is necessary to take into account different levels in the development of cases: analytical, conceptual and presentational. Certain classification features of the cases are determined in order to focus the attention of future officers of the ground forces on the purpose of the developed tasks.
The use of the case method in the formation of the pedagogical culture of future officers combines various interactive forms and methods of conducting classes in humanitarian disciplines.
The scientific interpretation of the case method is taken into account, which researchers consider on methodological grounds as a complex dynamic, synergistic system into which other methods of scientific knowledge are integrated (modelling, system analysis, problem method, imaginary experiment, analogy; methods of description and classification; game, other interactive methods).
