TEACHER PROFESSIONALISM IS THE KEY TO QUALITATIVE EDUCATION
Abstract
The article analyzes the factors to improve the quality of education in postgraduate education. One of the main aspects of postgraduate education is advanced training courses for teachers. It is emphasized that changes in postgraduate education are based on the principles of openness, continuity, mobility in the main didactic components of the educational process as content, forms, methods, technologies.
The content is presented in a combination of academic disciplines which form a holistic view of nature and its phenomena. Content integration increases interest in research by developing scientific thinking.
Pedagogical technologies complement the educational environment of the educational process of postgraduate education. The use of various technologies increases the interest of teachers in organizing and planning their own activities.
The competent approach to learning varies from short-term teacher training courses to continuous professional growth. Emphasis is placed on a new form of learning as mobile (e-mail, forums, chats, online tests, etc.). Effective use of electronic resources allows teachers to operate them in professional activities both in face-to-face refresher courses and distance learning, which take place without separation from production. It is underlined that electronic resources increase teachers' interest in learning and motivate them to self-study and self-improvement of their own professional activity.
Attention is paid to the monitoring of educational activities. The development and implementation of an individual educational trajectory of the teacher provides innovation in the inter-course and inter-certification periods.
A view on the quality of education through innovation, professional competence in the modernization of general secondary education is presented. The quality of education is considered in three aspects: the quality of management, the quality of the teacher, the quality of the student. Each component of the quality of education is considered in analytical dimensions.
It is concluded that the professionalism of the teacher is associated with innovative activities that lead to self-improvement, self-learning. The specialist restructures his pedagogical activity, independently works on his own development, they are able to apply scientific methods, technologies in the educational process, determine individual professional needs.
