Abstract

The article analyzes activities aimed at increasing efficiency of educational process actors’ professional activity through intensification of their psychological and pedagogical training in the conditions of vital threat. Therefore, the skills of psychological and pedagogical self-management and supreme level of psychological-professionally training (here in after - PFS) – as the result – the supreme level of psychological and pedagogical training as a component of professional competence are the key components for their professional training.
The purpose of the study is to analyze measures to optimize psychological and pedagogical facilitation of subjects of educational process on the basis of evaluation of levels of development of psychophysiological self-regulation of functional states of the subjects of the educational process. Based on the dialectical principle of link between theory and practice, retrospective and content-analysis of professional needs, a professionally-oriented algorithm for assessing the levels of development of the SFC has been developed, the article identifies qualitative and quantitative features, criteria and exponents of psychological and pedagogical self-management development of the educational process actors. They are clarified by means of group expert assessment and developed Expert questionnaire on the selection of the main indicators for assessing the levels of development of the SBS of the subjects of the educational process.
The results obtained will be used during development of algorithm and comprehensive methods of psychological and pedagogical self-management that will contribute to the efficiency of professional activity of the educational process actors according to the European and Euro-Atlantic standards. The article also identifies criteria and exponents of assessment of the level of psychological and pedagogical self-management development of the educational process actors that will contribute to the efficiency of their psychological-professional training and acquiring supreme level of professional competence in accordance with European standards.
