Copyright Licensing

Types of copyright licensing define the conditions under which authors allow others to use their works. The main forms include Creative Commons (CC) licenses for open access, exclusive and non-exclusive licensing agreements, as well as commercial licenses. The most widely used tool for the free dissemination of materials is Creative Commons licensing, which requires proper attribution of authorship.

Submission of a manuscript to the Journal implies that the author(s) automatically grant the Editorial Board the right to edit the material and to publish it on the official website of the Journal.

Authors retain copyright and simultaneously grant the Journal the right of first publication. This allows the material to be distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), provided that proper attribution is given and the original publication in the Journal is acknowledged.

Authors agree that all materials presented in the publication are made openly accessible and may be used by other researchers for non-commercial scientific purposes in accordance with the terms of the aforementioned license.

Authors’ Rights

Authors retain the right to:
– reproduce the content of the article for teaching purposes;
– use the materials of the article in their own future scholarly work;
– deposit and share a copy of the article in other information resources, provided that full citation of the original publication in the Pedagogacal Almanac is included.
