The organization of educational, artistic and creative work at the choreographic department of Kherson Tavria Lyceum of Arts
Abstract
This scientific article includes the analysis and generalization of experience on the organization of the educational and the artistic and creative work of choreographic groups of Kherson Tavria Lyceum of Arts. The main task of these groups is to train and develop the creatively gifted youth during the academic time.
Such originative groups as «Dzhereltse», «Izyuminka» and «Neo-Dance» have their special organization structure which consists of lyceum pupils of different ages. It determines the choice of the repertory from the various choreographic performances of the most diverse dance styles. The effective creative activity of these collectives is facilitated by the appropriate organizational and methodological support, which includes training programs in such subjects as «Classical choreography», «Folk-stage choreography», «Modern choreography», «Gymnastics», «Composition» and «Ensemble». It also includes reporting concert programs, acting repertoires and prospective plans of these collectives. The staffing of the material and technical base for the choreographic work in Kherson Tavria Lyceum of Arts complies with regulatory requirements that are set for school premises.
The article highlights the experience in using tutoring help in training rehearsal work of the director with the youngest groups of the primary years of study of the choreographic collective «Dzhereltse». Tutor’s help is based on the scrupulous choice of senior pupils in the role of tutors, as well as their special advanced training for choreographic work with junior educators. The tutor’s work supports the showing of dance movements personally to the junior participants of the choreographic group. It also contains observing and controlling the performance of exercises by younger pupils.
