INNOVATION MANAGEMENT IN THE FIELD OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

The article reveals the features of innovative management in the field of higher education, its main purpose, directions and characteristics. In particular, directions for the development of higher education are shown in the context of the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine.
The Strategy specifies the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine for the period until 2030, where the priority areas and tasks are digital transformation, which involves two priority directions, such as accelerating the development of effective digital educational ecosystems and the development of digital potential, which requires trained scientific, scientific and pedagogical workers who possess digital competences, a high-quality scientific and educational environment, and secure platforms that meet privacy and ethical standards.
Attention is drawn to the digitization of society, in particular in the use of artificial intelligence, which will inevitably lead to its impact on a person’s ability to acquire new knowledge, analyze and apply it.
Practically all educational standards provide for a practical orientation.
Emphasis is placed on the relevance of dual education as a way of obtaining education, which involves the combination of training in educational institutions and other subjects of educational activity with training at workplaces in enterprises, institutions and organizations for mastering program results, deepening practical abilities and skills, and acquiring qualifications.
The need for network education has been determined, which provides for a method of organizing the training of education seekers, thanks to which the mastering of the educational program takes place with the participation of various subjects of educational activity that interact with each other.
Much attention is paid in the article to innovative management at the KHPA, in particular to innovative educational process, digital platforms, international academic mobility. Students of the institution have the opportunity and have already visited many different educational institutions abroad.
