Abstract
The article highlights the psychological and pedagogical aspect of training future lawyers to work with migrants. It is emphasized that the formation of the future professional competence of lawyers is a systemic multi-level phenomenon with a complex dynamic structure, which is implemented on the basis of contextual learning, includes motivational formation, as well as cognitive, action and value components. Attention is focused on the fact that working with migrants requires a lawyer not only professional knowledge, but also a special understanding of social, cultural, pedagogical and psychological processes. In our opinion, the psychological and pedagogical aspect of training future lawyers is one of the important components of their professional competence. It is established that the psychological and pedagogical aspect of training future lawyers to work with migrants should be considered in two key areas: teaching the rights and obligations of migrants and assisting in socio-psychological adaptation. Training future lawyers to work with migrants requires a comprehensive approach and includes both legal knowledge and the development of communication skills, cultural competence and ethics, knowledge of pedagogical and psychological foundations. It is noted that successful practice in this area is possible only if the future lawyer is a professional with deep social sensitivity, a willingness to protect the rights and interests of migrants, regardless of their status, origin or cultural characteristics. A lawyer working with a category of migrants should become not only their defender in the legal sphere, but also a mentor who helps integrate into a new society. It is concluded that in the conditions of globalization, which directly affects changes in the field of migration, it is important to continue improving the knowledge and skills of future legal professionals in order to work effectively in such an important and complex field as migration law.
