Abstract

The topical issue of professional training of future medical specialists in current military conditions has been studied in the article. The authors have considered the concept of organizational and pedagogical aspects of training of future medical specialists and defined them as a system of factors, the combination of which can lead to the formation of a certain pedagogical phenomenon, the realization of the set goal and task, the formation of professional competences and the achievement of practical learning results. The importance of high-quality professional training of medical specialists has been emphasized. The article focuses on communication between the teacher and students, productive activities between all participants of the educational process.

The authors consider the concept of "professional competence" of future medical specialists and define it as a set of knowledge and professional skills that contribute to the readiness to perform professional activities, develop a creative and individual approach to professional activities, and form the ability to reflect on the individual. The components of professional competence have been examined, the role of these components in the formation of readiness for professional activity has been defined.

The authors single out the organizational and pedagogical aspects of the formation of professional competence of future medical specialists: ensuring motivation for learning and carrying out professional activities; organization of the educational process in accordance with modern standards with defined professional competencies and practical learning outcomes; methodological support of educational components with a professional focus and a creative approach to solving situational problems. The prospects of further scientific research, which consist in determining the methods, forms and means of education that are most expedient to apply for the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future medical specialists, have been determined.
