STATE-PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF STUDYING "INNOVATION MANAGEMENT"
Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of state and public administration in vocational education institutions in the context of studying "Innovation Management". The features of this management, ways and technologies of its implementation are shown. In particular, it is determined that state-public administration is a complex concept that includes a system of structures, procedures and mechanisms that allow for interaction between government agencies, the public, teaching staff and other stakeholders to achieve common educational goals.
It is determined that in vocational education institutions, state and public administration is carried out through various bodies, including a public council, methodological and pedagogical council, student council, employer council, board of trustees, etc. Information on the above-mentioned councils is provided. In particular, a public council in a vocational education institution is a structure that brings together representatives of the public, parents, teachers and other stakeholders for the purpose of joint management and improvement of the educational process. Its role is to ensure interaction between participants in the educational process and to make decisions aimed at improving the quality of education.
It is emphasized that in the process of training specialists of the second (master’s) level of higher education in the "Management" specialty, the study of the educational component "Innovation Management" is provided, which is aimed at forming students’ the competence in state and public management of vocational education, which contributes to the improvement of innovation, improves the quality of education, involves representatives of the public in the management of vocational institutions, promotes the consideration of their interests and needs, which will ensure the innovation of educational process.
