PRACTICE-ORIENTED EDUCATION AS ENSURING THE EFFECTIVE FORMATION OF VALUE AND DEONTOLOGICAL COMPETENCES OF FUTURE IT SPECIALISTS
Abstract
The article analyzes the conceptual and theoretical-methodological foundations of the educational process in the modern system of IT specialists’ professional training. The main goal of the study is to identify the base that is essential for the formation of value and deontological competencies of future IT specialists. The following conceptual provisions are singled out: the concept of personally oriented learning, the concept of educational development environment, the concept of practice-oriented learning. An overview of each of the positions of contemporary value in the training of IT specialists in the context of the formation of value and deontological competencies is outlined. The article analyzes the key aspects of the conceptual foundations of education, taking into account modern trends in the field of IT. An overview of theoretical and methodological approaches that help to solve the task of forming value and deontological competences in future IT specialists is also provided. The basic elements of practice-oriented training, with the help of which the specified concept is implemented in the educational process of training future IT specialists, are indicated: 1) problem-based training; 2) project learning. It is the specified elements that form the basis of the implementation of our idea - the formation of value and deontological competences in the future IT specialist. Practice-oriented learning weaves into itself both the study of theoretical foundations and practical aspects of education, focused on fundamental and applied (professionally oriented) disciplines. With this approach, students have the opportunity not only to apply theoretical knowledge in real situations, which contributes to a deeper understanding of the material and the development of practical skills, but also to develop internal basic values and acquire new ones necessary for the formation of value and deontological competencies. The advantages and methodical potential of the concept of practice-oriented training are highlighted, which allow us to draw a conclusion about the need to improve educational programs and training methods in order to effectively form value and deontological aspects in future representatives of the IT sphere.
