THE ISSUES OF PROVIDING THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES’ QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMING THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS HEA DS’ PROFESSIONAL READINESS
Abstract
In the given article, the contents and structural components of issues providing educational activities quality management are examined, and the core of the leader’s professional readiness for educational activities’ efficient management quality within a general secondary education institution is defined.
Considering the quality of educational activity management specifics, the core of the leader’s professional readiness to implement such type of general management is interpreted by us as a holistic dynamic multi-component formation that ensures a high level of managerial activity and reproduces personal and professional value attitudes and beliefs, the professional orientation of mental processes, professional (functional) competence.
The structure of "professional readiness" was developed by us based on a systematic approach and is a reflection of the dialectical unity of the main components (functional-professional and personal) and structural components (values-motivational, cognitive, procedural-operational and reflective). The functional and professional component includes a concept like a leader’s functional competence, basically expressed through the analysis of the target functions-tasks of the educational activity quality management and the theoretical foundation needed for the valid management decisions justification.
It was determined that the functional and professional component of the concept was called "professional readiness of the leader of the unit to carry out effective management on educational activity quality within a general secondary education institution – GSEI", on one hand, this concept clearly regulates the content of the particular managerial activity, and, on the other hand, indicates the guidelines of direct professional training for such specialists.
The personal component of our research basic concept structure is no less important since the role and place of the general education institution leader within the system of quality management are crucial.
