PECULIARITIES OF THE TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES OF BUSINESS ENTITIES DURING THE PERIOD OF MARTIAL LAW

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of training the population to act in emergency situations under martial law. On the basis of the analysis of the normative and legal framework on civil protection issues, the main approaches to conducting theoretical and practical training of employees of economic entities in actions during a special period and a period of martial law have been determined.
It has been established that in wartime, theoretical training takes place according to programs of accelerated training of employees for actions in a special period, and practical training is carried out within the framework of conducting special object exercises and trainings
The content of regional typical programs of accelerated training of employees for actions in a special period was analyzed, differences in the content, duration and methods of theoretical training were determined. It was emphasized that it is expedient for the heads of enterprises to develop training programs taking into account the degree of proximity to the territory of active hostilities, production features, the presence of threats of emergency situations as a result of hostilities, the level of preliminary preparation of employees for actions in emergency situations.
It was emphasized that during special object training, object plans of civil defense in a special period should become a priority for practice, which provides for the implementation of protection measures in the event of a sudden attack by the enemy, shelling, when the enemy uses means of mass destruction, in the event of emergency situations of local or regional level, provoked by military actions. The result of training should be the formation of automatic actions of employees in the event of an enemy attack, unconditional observance of safety measures in the event of emergency situations.
It is determined that the head of the business entity establishes the frequency of conducting both theoretical and practical components of training, in accordance with the needs of the enterprise, the level of training of employees and updating the staff of employees during martial law.
The issue of determining the duration and periodicity of training in wartime, taking into account modern conditions, needs further study.
