PREPARATION OF FUTURE EDUCATORS FOR ARTISTIC AND PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITY WITH PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities and ways of improving the professional training of future educators for artistic and productive activity with preschool children. The essence of the concept of "artistic and productive activity" is defined and its content in the current educational documents and scientific literature is analyzed. The artistic and productive activity of preschool children is characterized as an activity that is provided by an integration approach and is the process of creating a final material (fine, constructive) product: mold, drawing, appliqué, structures, toys, etc.; the desire and ability to put into practice own artistic and aesthetic potential for obtaining a new unique result of artistic and creative activity, which is caused by the development of the child’s feelings, his emotional susceptibility.
It is established that the future educator must have an innovative, creative thinking, developed worldview culture, to operate by methods of disclosure of individual potential abilities of preschoolers in different types of artistic and productive activity.
It is specified that the formation of readiness of education applicants for artistic and productive activity with preschool children requires the preparation of future caregivers to solve a number of educational tasks: formation of aesthetic culture of children and their parents; creation of a developmental aesthetic environment; implementation of professional psychological and pedagogical support of art education of preschool children; application of an individual approach to children’s artistic activity; taking into account the abilities and creative potential of preschoolers. The characteristics of effective methods and techniques that ensure the integrity and systematic training of future caregivers for artistic and productive activity with preschool children in the conditions of modern preschool institution are characteristic.
