HISNTORIOGRAPHY OF THE LEGISLATIVE BASE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE (1991–2017)

Abstract

The historiography of legislative base that touches development of innovative technologies in Ukraine ( the end of ХХ of century - the beginning of ХХІ of century) is analysed in the article. According to the stages in the study was proved that the normatively-legal acts emphasized that innovation is an integral part of education. In a publication in detail are analysed the basic questions of historiography of innovations, documents, forums, conferences about state, development, reasons and ways of development of innovations. Beginning from 1991, innovative education purchased an important value. In this time is watched a clear transition from traditional methodology of studies and education to the search of new approaches that are provoked by the new queries of society. Conditionally the question of development of innovation is divided on the certain stages: the first – 1991–1999 – consideration of general issues of innovations; the second – 1999–2009 – the stage of innovative and pedagogical technologies approbation; the third stage – 2009–2017 – is linked with realization and introduction of innovative technologies in an educational process. The article analyzes that the legislation states the need for computerization of education and testing of information and communication technologies and pedagogical innovative technologies. Education is directed to teach a student of self-training, and bring over to the advanced study. Appear new methods of work, that strengthen formation of all European space: educational visits, exchange experience, conferences and others like that. More often come opportunities to participate in scientific and pedagogical competitions that develop the system of students' innovations, their confidence, opportunities to independently search for information, make reports and further interestingly submit material.
