EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS: GENESIS OF DEVELOPMENT IN THE HISTORICAL RETROSPECTIVE OF THE CONTENT AND DIRECTIONS OF ACTIVITY
Abstract
The article analyzes the genesis of development in the historical retrospective of the content and activities of out-of-school institutions. It is emphasized that out-of-school education has a long history and it is important for the functioning of modern educational institutions, the organization of an effective educational process, as well as a significant impact on the comprehensive development of students and plays a significant role in the progressive rise of the state.
Regularities and interrelation of transformations, development and formation of the maintenance, directions, tasks, the organization of activity of out-of-school educational institutions with social and political changes and a social and economic condition in a society and the state are proved.
Emphasis is placed on the fact that the impact of extracurricular education is obvious, although there are both positive and negative aspects to the experience of historical development.
Attention is drawn to the fact that during the second half of the XX – early XXI century, considerable experience has been gained in the operation of out-of-school educational institutions for educational purposes. The study of the genesis of the development of the content and activities of out-of-school educational institutions is relevant and important for today and can be used to solve educational problems of today.
It is recommended to increase the state’s attention to out-of-school educational institutions: educational-methodical, material, technical support, provision of qualified personnel, which will promote the provision of quality educational services.
It is concluded that extracurricular education is important and appropriate in the development and formation of a comprehensively developed, competent personality, and the experience gained in extracurricular education, content and activities deserve careful study and use taking into account the conditions, requirements and needs of today.
