PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMING THE MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES OF FUTURE TACTICAL LEVEL OFFICERS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of pedagogical conditions for the forming management competencies in future officers of the tactical level, what are necessary for their future professional activity, which requires systematicity in the organization of the educational process, because the system provides opportunities to combine all components of the officer’s professional training. The results of the latest research by scientists on the problem of military training, the use of one's own combat experience and the practice of military management to combine into a single system of effective management training of future officers are analyzed, systematized and summarized.
A theoretical and practical analysis of the system approach as a methodology of the educational process of military educational institutions is presented, which is the basis of pedagogical conditions for forming management competencies in future tactical-level officers for the future professional activity as a commander in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which will contribute to more effective studying of educational disciplines with in-depth training of cadets for real military service. It is emphasized that the systematic approach in the educational process of a military educational institution contributes to the development of a competent personality, the formation of a highly qualified officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a specialist in his socially significant activity.
Proposed the following pedagogical conditions: 1) a systematic approach in the formation of managerial competence of future officers of the tactical level in the system of the educational process of higher military educational institutions (HMEI) and institutions of higher education (IHE); 2) the method of educational role-playing (business) game for the maximum approximation of the educational process of HMEI and IHE to the real professional management activity of future officers of the tactical command level of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; 3) modelling of practical management situations for a tactical-level commander in the system of educational process of HMEI and IHE, which creates a real opportunity for effective acquisition of knowledge and formation of professional management skills and abilities in future tactical-level officers in the system of educational process of HMEI and IHE.
