Analysis of scientific research on improving the qualification of teachers in the continuous education system of Ukraine

Abstract

The author analyzes scientific researches on teacher training in the system of continuous education of Ukraine. The need to study the theory and practice of teacher training at different stages of becoming Ukrainian state is outlined. In the context of the modernization of Ukraine’s education, interest in the historical aspect of social growth, the dynamics of the phenomena of upbringing, education, training, retraining and professional development of educators, teachers and pedagogues is increasing, as it is a powerful factor in social progress. The need to study the problems of teacher training in particular regions, the historical and pedagogical transformations of educational systems is gaining weight.
The analysis of scientific-pedagogical, historical-pedagogical literature and the study of studies on specific issues of teacher training showed that modern scholars identify and to some extent reveal the essence of the problem. Classification of scientific research on the history of development, formation and modernization of education will open opportunities for a thorough study of the specifics of the functioning and organization of the pedagogical process, their impact on the formation of education and the introduction of positive pedagogical experience in the practice of modern educational institutions.
Analyzing the main aspects of pedagogical research in the field of teacher training, it can be noted that this problem is relevant in the current conditions of development of lifelong education and will contribute to the formation of innovative research space, as well as aimed at improving the level of education and improvement of scientific thinking and pedagogical work.
Historical and pedagogical researches within a certain geographical area are of the greatest value because they reveal the dynamics of professional development of pedagogical personnel in historical retrospect, conditions of improvement of professional and personal qualities and the specifics of the process of professional development of subject-teachers, content, management, etc.
