BASIC ADVANCE TRAINING ACTIVITIES OF PEDAGOGICAL WORKERS IN POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION
Abstract
The article analyzes the source base for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education in Ukraine. The main directions of professional development of pedagogical workers are: course preparation, intercourse training, self-educational activity, generalized forms of their implementation in postgraduate education.
The main forms of course training include training, independent work, practical training, assessment.
It is established that in the intercourse period of professional development and scientific and methodological support of pedagogical workers is carried out on the basis of a complex of interconnected pedagogical events and provides the following forms of activity: participation of teachers in pedagogical conferences, seminars, trainings, master classes of different levels and directions of activity; study and introduction into their professional activities of best pedagogical experience; productive use of methodological day; obtaining different types of counseling.
It is generalized that the self-educational activity of pedagogical workers can occur both in the individual and in the paired (group) mode of communication through various means, in particular information and communication.
It is concluded that the acquisition of relevant experience by teachers depends on the successful implementation of all directions of their training in postgraduate education (coursework and intercourse training, self-educational activities). They are an integral part of the professional development of teachers, accumulate previously acquired competences and expand experience. The above mentioned factors, in their turn, are the driving forces of many globalization neoplasms of our society.
It is stated that the search for new areas and forms of professional development of pedagogical workers is promising for further research.
