MODERN UNDERSTANDING OF CORPORATE TRAINING TECHNOLOGY IN THE CONTEXT OF TRAINING FUTURE PERSONNEL MANAGERS

Abstract

The article explicates the issue of professional training of future personnel managers. The essence of concepts is determined that are within one lexical-semantic field, namely: "technology", "pedagogical technology", "corporate learning" and "technology of corporate learning". The purpose of the article is a theoretical substantiation from the standpoint of modern pedagogical science and an updated understanding of corporate learning technology in the context of training future personnel managers. According to the retrospective view on the formation and development of corporate training, the degree of integration of content and training technologies of employees with the strategy of the organization were given, the feasibility of using corporate training technology in the training of future personnel managers was justified. The issues of corporate education were substantiated; furthermore, the attention was focused on the differences between traditional professional training and corporate training of future personnel managers. The stages of formation and development of corporate training within the integration of the content and technologies of employee training according to the strategy of enterprises were considered, which gave us an idea and deeper understanding of the origin of corporate training technology.
It is proved that the basis for the modern enterprise still remains human resources, which include knowledge, skills, experience, and relationships. That means that it is impossible to change the specialist in concordance with the requirements of business strategy. Therefore, the process of corporate training of personnel managers should be constant. It is established that the technology of corporate training is based on the ideas of the team approach to professional training of future personnel managers.
