Pedagogical structure of the model of preparation bachelors in agricultural engineering for professional activities in the information and educational conditions

Abstract

The article presents the pedagogical structure of the model of preparation of bachelors in agricultural engineering for professional activity in the conditions of information and educational environment. It is investigated the meaning of the term of the pedagogical model. There are considered the blocks of the model of preparation of bachelors in agro-engineering for professional activity in the conditions of information and educational environment: target, conceptual, value-motivational, content, operational-activity and effective. The target unit is characterized by defining modern leading ideas in the preparation of bachelors in agricultural engineering. The conceptual block takes into account methodological approaches, pedagogical principles and tasks of training bachelors in agricultural engineering in the conditions of information and educational environment. The value-motivation unit provides for the motivation of agricultural engineers at the elementary, bachelor's levels. The content unit describes the content of education at each of the levels, namely: a cycle of entry-level disciplines, special courses for 1-2 courses and at the bachelor level for 3-4 courses. The operating unit includes forms and methods, techniques and technologies of training. Forms and methods of teaching include lectures, discussions, problematic seminars, practices for entry-level students; and interactive multimedia lectures, roundtables in thematic forums, preparation of presentation presentations, interactive assignments, training computer interactive simulators, video conferences, thematic chat conferences, research projects, bachelor level practices. The resulting unit of the developed model provides for monitoring of the professional training of agricultural engineers, which is carried out on the basis of certain components (motivational, integration, operational, creative) and criteria: motivational, integration, operational and creative. The result of the developed experimental model is the readiness of agricultural engineers for professional activity.
