THEORETICAL SUBSTANTIATION AND PRACTICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE MODEL FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF THE READINESS OF FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS TO SERVE IN THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE
Abstract
The paper analyzes the literature on substantiating the issues of pedagogical modeling, interactive forms of educating, the essence and significance of the current military education.
It is justified that the pedagogical model of establishment of the readiness of future psychologists for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is necessary for the creation of a "new system" of special military training, which provides for the promotion of the leading idea, the development of a training concept based on its basis, the justification of individual components of this model and their content direction, the creation of external conditions for its implementation.
In the structure of the model of the establishment of the readiness of future psychologists for professional activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the content part of the professionogram (knowledge, skills, abilities and professional competencies) is given as the final result, which should be formed with the effective training of future psychological officers during introducing innovative training technologies into the educational process of a higher military educational institution.
The effectiveness of the establishment model of the readiness of future psychologists for professional activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine depends on properly selected and developed pedagogical conditions.
The didactic content of the model of the establishment of the readiness of future psychologists for the professional activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the business (role) game that was conducted at the third practical lesson "Organization of internal service, everyday life and activities of military unit" after listening to a lecture. "Organization and management of the staff service of troops in units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine".
The model of the establishment of the readiness of future psychologists for professional activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine ensures the adequacy of an integral educational process, which should take place throughout the entire period of cadets (students) training in a higher military educational institution of tactical level, applying the entire set of methods, forms, means of training, education.
