THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF FORMATION EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC ENVIRONMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT BUSINESS
Abstract
The article presents numerous studies of Ukrainian scientists on training of future specialists through creation of an appropriate educational environment. The definitions of "educational environment", "educational-scientific environment", "psychologically safe educational-scientific environment", "inclusive educational environment", "information-educational environment in the conditions of distance education", "cloud-oriented environment" are considered. We will treat educational and scientific environment of professional training of future specialists in hotel and restaurant business as a natural or purposefully created sphere of educational and cognitive activity of the academic staff and students related to the development of material and technical, educational, scientific and communicative components. organization and transformation of professional training through formation of the content and means of education to ensure an effective educational process, person’s educational development, providing pedagogical conditions, functioning of the system of relations between the parties, combined by common pedagogical and educational activities. The structure of the educational and scientific environment of professional training of future specialists in hotel and restaurant business includes the following components: student-centeredness, security, inclusiveness, psychological and legal compliance, digitalization, innovation, universalism. The analysis of the main challenges of external environment and their impact on the transformation of training of future specialists in hotel and restaurant business through formation and modernization of the educational environment made it possible to formulate practical conclusions and proposals: the need to modernize student internships; raising the level of digital competence of teachers and students; ensuring the implementation of the educational process with appropriate technical equipment; study of features of organization of a healthy diet for people, who are travelling; mastering knowledge about site support and network security; improving the employment algorithm.
