PRESERVATION AND STRENGTHENING THE TEACHERS’ OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH IN THE SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The research is devoted to the problem of preserving and strengthening occupational health of teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The article presents the results of a survey of teachers using the questionnaire developed by the authors of the study, as well as the method of "Accumulation of emotional and energy charges directed at oneself" (author V. Boyko, author of modification E. Ilyin), indicating a high level of emotional stress school, insufficient level of self-regulation of emotional states, increased need for psychological assistance in maintaining and strengthening occupational health. The results of the study served as a guide and basis for determining the areas of preventive and corrective work with teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education and the coordinates of pedagogical consulting. The program of the module "Occupational health of a teacher" developed by the authors of the research for advanced training of pedagogical workers in the center of postgraduate education of Volodymyr Hnatyuk Ternopil National Pedagogical University is presented. The program is aimed at increasing the level of occupational stress resistance, mastering constructive coping strategies, deepening health competence, mastering psychological methods of maintaining and strengthening occupational health, anti-stress sanogenic psychotechnologies, psychotechnologies of self-healing. The directions, program, and forms of activity of the Center of pedagogical consulting on preservation and strengthening occupational health of teachers, in particular, development of pieces of are aimed training. Master classes, webinars on problems of maintenance of teachers’ health with the use of digital technologies for carrying out in a remote mode are defined.
