Professional training of future specialists in hotel and restaurant business: definitive analysis
Abstract
The article considers the phenomenon of business communication in the educational sphere in its pedagogical aspect – through the role functions of the subjects of the educational process, mainly pupils (students), teachers (lecturers), as well as parents – within the psychological and pedagogical interaction. The most modern views of Ukrainian scientists on the peculiarities of business communication in the field of education in the aspect of pedagogical communicative interaction are singled out and researched, the correspondence of tendencies in this sphere of development of world civilization is emphasized. Correlations in the planes of psychology of business communication and efficiency of training and education of the young generation are determined. The speech features of psychological and pedagogical interaction in the educational environment, in particular the models of communication behaviour of the subjects of the educational process, the causes of speech errors, indicating a lack of professional training of teachers in particular and negative trends in this area in general. It is noted that outside the educational space, in terms of professional activity, a person can become an ordinary performer, socially active or creative, which requires not only professional skills but also personal abilities.
It is concluded that in the field of business communication of subjects of educational environment such communication denotes the actual process of speech, means of transmitting information, pedagogical phenomenon (partnership to interlocutors-students in the process of joint activities in the educational sphere) and the basis communicative competence of the future specialist. At the same time, such a humane and partnership attitude in the field of education aims at the intellectual development of young people, and therefore a significant role in this process is also played by parents and other loved ones, who by their example and experience help to resolve conflict situations, one of the important components of professional competence.
