Acme-guidelines of the development of the generation Z representatives in the context of the reflective-design education paradigm

Abstract

The article presents the conceptual provisions of the generations theory in the context of the reflexive-design paradigm of education. Its purpose is to identify ways to improve the educational process of modern youth in the context of significant structural components of the identified education paradigm. The objectives of the study are the elucidation of the digital generation features and the psychological and pedagogical context of the reflexive-design paradigm of education for the possibility of transforming them into a scientific field of methodical and methodological knowledge, with subsequent practical reproduction of certain basic provisions. The methodological basis consists of: conceptual provisions of the generations theory; philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects of education; acme-theory of personality development as a subject of activity using historical narrative; analysis and generalization of the information received regarding the psychological characteristics of "digital children" and the significant structural components of the reflexive-design paradigm of education for the possibility of further clearer designing the vector of the trajectory of the identified phenomenon as an objective need for educational practice in modernization. The research was performed in the context of a complex combination of personalized, system-structural and contextual approaches to the consideration of acme-landmarks of youth development in the context of the reflexive-project educational paradigm. The following research methods are used: the structural-analytical and the comparative-historical methods, which allow us to study the hereditary connections between different ideas; method of scientific ideas systematization; method of factual data interpretation; method of predictive thinking with a focus on the quality results prediction. The novelty of the study is the developing an algorithm for the implementation of the reflexive-design paradigm of education and determination of its basic provisions as acme-guides for the development of young people of generation Z.
